I used my Wolverine sharpening jig last night for the first time, really like it. But something's not quite right when I sharpen the skew, methinks. I'm grinding on that nice radius, getting a smooth bevel, but the bevel is longer on the long-point side than is it on the short-point side. I don't use their bevel jig, only the V-bracket included in the basic kit, rolling the tool and sliding ...

Good afternoon, I have a Vision II single LNB satellite system- mounted on a motorhome. Because I travel into Southern Spain, and plan to go into Greece, the existing fixed skew means I lose the signal in the South of France. I would like to upgrade the existing system to add the Oyster Auto-Skew LNB modification, but am a bit confused... Please anybody advise if this is feasible, ...

I can't find the answer anywhere on this great interweb... It seems like there should be a definite, easy to find answer... similar to how many pairs of parallel lines are in a cube. I NEED to know.. 1 cube, 6 faces, how many pairs of skew lines??? Thanks (^:

Hi folks, Probably a simple one for you. I use the skew to edit a picture to give it some simple perspective. I want to place this on a background of which in Flash I am adding some stuff as well as a reflection. The question; how do I make the canvas the same shape as the skewed image? The problem is the reflection is following the canvas not the new image. Been playing for a while and ...

Dear all, I am thining about adding skew/smile to an existing LMM implmentation. There are currently many suggestions on that issue: 1) CEV 2) DD 3) LMM-Heston 4) LMM-SABR (in this case there (different?) approaches Mercurio, Lesniewski/Hagan and Rebonato) 5) Piterbarg Stoch Vol model Has anybody experimented with these models? Any comments on the strength and weaknesses ...

I'm embarassed to ask this ...but... I am having trouble getting consistant image placement when I print. I have a grid on my platen, which helps for whites, but tans I can't see through. Tags are not consistantly placed, and I skew prints . I want to hire someone to do the manual work for me , but I need it as idiot proof as possible...and this idiot can't make it a failsafe process. I have this thing lying around, in pieces and was looking at it today, thinking it might be a good suspect for a fixed dish project, been thinking about putting one on AMC1 ku since that one has the odd skew angle to it. Anybody have one of these things that isn't destroyed like mine? I need the focal length, distance from lnb to dish-face. I still have the dish itself, and the d-tube with ...
