I'm selling a racecar, spec Miata, sight unseen to a buyer in Florida and I'm in Iowa. Never allow your car to be loaded for transportation until the buyer's funds have completely cleared. You're just opening the door to a potential conflict. So much better to have any potential conflict when you have 100% of the funds in your accounts.... Here is a modified sales agreement that was used by the seller when I purschased my cup.
