Has anybody had any experience with using those shrink wrap polyolefin interior storm windows? Either the DIY style, like http://www.ehow.com/way_5369715_diy-...m-windows.h tml Or the commercial types, like http://www.windotherm.com/engineeringtests.htm , one of many similar products out there.

Wow, this is a great question. Never thought about shrink wrap in florida, here in NJ we do every winter. I suppose it would certainly protect the exterior, but interior, heck I can't imagine the amount of mildew bags needed if boat not on a/c. I look forward to yachtcare answer as well.

If you splice wires in your fuel bucket for 2 fuel pumps, what kind of wire and what kind of shrink wrap do you use?? what if the wire/shrink wrap melt away over time exposing wires... this will cause an explosion if they arch or touch each other right?? I dont see anything talking about the type of wire or shrink warp that is gasoline proof....
