lookin for a good shoulder rig for someone that needs it for an hk p2000. opticsplanet has the vertical galco leather one on sale right now (not the horizontal miami classic). but i've read mixed reviews on it... anyone have any first hand experience with this one, or any others? thanx

Ok I am new here.... The Heritage is my first 1911...(can't wait to get it home! ) I live just over the river from Missouri in Illinois. I am in St. Louis 2-3 weekends a month so I carry pretty often for an IL guy.(PA permit) I have never carried a 1911 so I was thinking about a shoulder holster for this winter to wear under my jacket.... Anyone do this? Recomendations?...

I have a NIB Bianchi 13H Scorpio (holster only, no shoulder rig). I've been thinking about getting a shoulder holster. Looking at a galco jackass and miami classic. Who has them? Does anyone have another brand that would reccommend?

Any suggestions for a good shoulder holster (specifically for a S&W M&P Compact)? The only ones I can find are very expensive - which is fine, but I have no idea about their quality.

I'm in need of advice on a good shoulder holster (leather) for a 5" govt. model 1911. I've come to the realization that the 1911 is just too heavy a gun to carry comfortably (and with enough stability) for my build in either an IWB or belt holster. Did you ever locate this holster after your dog ran off with it? If so, I'd still be interested IF it hasn't been chewed up or been out in the weather.
