I have an E46 M3 that up until this morning was working fine. Car was a fitted with the standard BMW Professional single CD player and a Dension ice-link to connect my iPod. The ice-Link works with a pass-thorough connection between factory wiring and the radio. No CD Changer incidentally. Today I tried to install a Parrot bluetooth kit, also using another pass through connection. Result was...

hi as topic really. My hd led and power button cables were trailing very close to my motherboard until recently, so i just wondered if any cables are unshielded and so would possibly cause a short if brushing by any other components? cant find much info on this on the web which probably means unlikely but just checking! thanks

After leaving work today, I approached my car and noticed the fog lights and side indicator lights were illuminated. I figured I left my lights on, but discovered the switch was indeed turned off. Upon starting the car, the hazard lights began to flash. No amount of signal toggling would stop them. After about 5 minutes of letting the car warm up (and restarting the car twice), the problem went ...

I just want to share a concern with you. Last week I was playing on my pc when all of a sudden there was like a big "Snap!" and got a spark at the power supply. I have concluded that my power supply had short circuited. My pc died, but I switched back and everything seems to work. STRANGE! My question is where will this problem be affected? Could this screw up my computer?

Good morning, I am doing a short circuit study that includes a 50/60Hz frequency converter. I have never modeled one of these devices before and moreover, I have nearly 0 information on it besides the frequency and MVA rating. The modeling software used is ETAP. I was thinking of treating it in 1 of two ways: 1) treat it like a synchronous generator and find some typical values for the given ...

I think I have been to Edmonton twice in the past year. But when I lived there I was driving back to Calgary every weekend. Then before I moved there, I was there every 2nd weekend or so. But since I moved back I have only been there twice

I rewatched this movie today for the first time since I was a kid, and found a lot of its sentiments outdated, not least its rather muddled view of what qualifies as "life". But that's another story. Fisher's Apu was very loveable. It did nothing but engender a feeling of liking Indian Americans as being really nice decent people. Which by the way, they overwhelmingly are. "Ben" is an ...

bullet311: So should I be worried about anything happening in the near future due to this stupidity of mine? Yes, there's a very good chance you'll be a Darwin Award nominee in 2010. Numptie!
