a man shot and killed 4 family members on Thanksgiving, while at the dinner table: his pregnant sister, her twin, his 6-year-old cousin and 79-year-old aunt. this is exactly why guns make me uncomfortable. I'm not against them but it scares me that ppl are so fucking quick to snap and lose their heads. i realize 99% of gun owners do not behave this way, but you hear about this kinda thing ...

Makes sense he should be held responsible to SOME extent... not sure about the severity of the reported charges though.... More thought on that for me.... Can only really think of it as being fair however if similar action is taken against the parents (or other responsible adults) in other cases of homicide by juveniles......
