Yep, they look fantastic. I'm excited to try one out as I've been using Arctic Silver 5 for a decade now. I'll pair the IX with ShinEtsu paste on the GPU/Chipset.

You can try using shinetsu grease to treat the rubber. Might help seal it.

IME/IMO you should cost the seals in shinetsu grease and also, coat the runners in grease too. Worked for me, though i did cheat and added a small amount of silicone to press the 2 top peices together, the water either gets in near the A pillar or in this 'joining' section.
