I'm not sure when exactly this sign went up but the dirt around the posts looks fresh. It's been years since the Tastee Freeze shut down and was since converted to the Dominos Pizza Edit: I guess I should have phrased that "New DQ coming to Shepherdstown."

My favorite little coffee shop in the tiny little town I live in. You know the best part about this tiny little town? It's pretty close to other not so tiny little towns so I'm not stuck in the middle of no where.

Would like to check out the area. Its a 5 hour ride from Joisey, figure we could crunch it into a weekend if I left work early on a Friday. Wondering about finding a place to stay in the area. Not in a hurry, but looking at semi retirement down the road. What kind of employment opportunities are in the area? clintsullivan, you out there?

Harpers Ferry, Charles Town, Ranson & Shepherdstown are the closest WV locations just across the river in Jefferson County. Typically cost of living here is cheaper than MD, PA & VA within equal commute times to Fredneck. But if you really like MD check out Point of Rocks, Brunswick, Boonsboro, Smithsburg & Hagerstown for a more reasonable cost of living than areas closer to Frederick. The ...

isn't there a direct correllation between gambling and crime? When I have time, maybe I'll look it up, but I think that might be true.. maybe the people didn't want more lowlife addicts hanging around their town? 1- Slot Machines are already passed in West Virginia years ago. 2- With casinos opening up in VA, MD, and PA, they had to pass table games so they would still have people ...
