I've seen some great pics of kitchens using only open shelving, and of course some stellar kitchens with traditional cabinetry, but has anyone here added shelves beneath a high upper cabinet, or has a blend of open plus cabinets? Looking for neat ideas to set up my Ford E250 Cargo Van. I dont own it my fleet owner owns it so nothing drastic. Cant make a bunk due to no space left for 2 pallets so I have a fold up cot.
