Anyone else hear the repeated requests for police to meet an aircraft at Sharm, Tuesday evening 24.11.09? Repeated requests, very controlled and professional RT, perhaps a Viking c/s, but the repetition rate and the tone indicated it was really quite serious?

We will be in Sharm from 15th jan - 29th , going to Cairo for a few days during this time. But back on 22nd would any one fancy playing golf with my hubs, as I haven't got a clue I believe there is a golf club in Sharm , so anyone interested please let us know, this will make him happy!! x

Planning a trip for myself and family to Egypt in late March/early April 2010. I want to travel from Luxor to either Hurghada or Sharm el Sheik or vicinity, and then back to Cairo . Does anyone recommend Hurghada or Sharm over the other? Most of what I have read does is not favorable really for either, but perhaps there are other towns in the areas that are nicer and less ...

Fancy going to Sharm for a week in early Feb, can anyone recommend a decent all inclusive hotel with good food and ability to walk or get to others bars/shops easily?? What good trips are there from Sharm, are the pyramids too far for a day trip? Thanks

We are spending a week in Sharm, flying in and out of Sharm but also want to do about 8 days in Aswan, Luxor and Cairo . We thought we would fly to Aswan (all flights through Cairo it appears) and from Aswan come down the Nile by boat or train to Luxor and then to Cairo and fly back to Sharm. Is that that the most logical and cheapest route or the other way around? Also I read ...

hi. we are searching for our christmas holidays and we thought...why not sharm?(!).we found a very good deal for sheraton sharm -by using starwood points we can stay practically free there-so this is a big plus for us to deside. what is going to be the weather in sharm from the 22 of december to the 27th?will it be hot for beach holidays? thanks in advance.
