LIST: $82.95 new, will take $50 shipped for this humbucker. Brand new, came out of a Charvel San Dimas USA guitar. Marked front and back--Seymour Duncan. Full length of lead still on pickup--only 2 wires showing, but I believe it is a 4-wire pickup with the others being wrapped up with the black wire. $50 shipped, paypal'd.

Hey. Anyone tried this pickup? I mentioned this in the other nitro/build thread I started, but here's the deal. I picked up a new JB, and the Custom 5. I was gonna try 'em both out. I figured whatever one I don't use on this project, I'd find a home for the other in another project. Whichever one I decide on is going in my single humbucker guitar I'm redoing. The body is poplar, with a maple neck...

I have 2 BRAND-NEW, never opened Duncan humbuckers that I'd like to sell. 1 JB in black/cream 1 Jazz SH-2n (neck) in black/cream Bought these to replace some stock pups, and ended up keeping the guitar stock. I have had these just sitting around in my studio, and I'll sell them cheap. They are brand-new and have never been opened; boxes are still sealed with the factory seal. ...

no, duncan's stack pickups are vertical over-under stacks, can indeed be split, and sound better that way. cutting out the bottom coil makes the pickup much louder and livelier (and brings back the hum, of course.) just rig up a switch that connects the red-white pair to ground to cut off the bottom coil.
