we had severe weather roll through overnight, but except for the rumble of thunder (which btw woke me up at 4:33 am), and some rain pattering my window... it was just a fast moving storm. we have a 50/50 chance of getting wet today... I was woken up in the small hours by torrential rain driven by very strong winds. The very heavy rain continued for what must have been a couple of hours. Some serious damage to boats was reported at Abersoch with conditions so bad the Coastguard had to warn boat owners against trying to rescue their craft. Pete
