Personally, I'd prefer if Seven and Nine utilised their HD channels properly with HD-only content from their two SD channels. I don't want any more 'new' channels. Two SD's plus a mixed HD-only channel is enough. Plus, I'm glad that we won't have to suffer any more picture quality depreciations from any more new SD channels.
