I have a volume license copy of XP which I need to install on 15 machines. Unfortunately it is an old disk so I need to install SP2, then SP3 afterwards which takes a long time (on 1 machines). Is it possible to obtain or create an XP install disk which incorporates SP2 and SP3? Thanks

I have just reinstalled XP Pro on a bleached HDD and it was working like lightening, now a day later after Microsoft has installed all its updates it take 5mins to boot and 5mins to shutdown..... Is there a miracle cure for this, i.e. has someone written some software that sorts all this out or do I have to unistall all the tosh?

I've noticed this error occurring more and more frequently on multiple machines only when logged in on an administrative account. The error shows up on some machines, but not others though they were all created from the same image of a master HD. I have noticed no applications malfunctioning, yet this error is occurring re-occurring is slightly of putting. Images of the error: http://...

Office 2000 is not fully Vista/Windows 7 compatible, there will be some issues running it. Try running the service pack installer as administrator by right lcicking it and selecting "Run as Administrator". You may also need to run the installer in COmpatibility Mode for an earlier version of Windows - right click, select "Properties" go to the "Compatibility" tab and select an earlier version ...

Hi Goku Thank you for the information on disabling error reporting. What I was looking for however was not to simply disable the errors but to actually stop them from occuring. This issue occurs on over 1800 computers running Windows XP. Any further ideas or information about these errors would be much appreciated.
