I checked device drivers and updated them to the latest sound drivers and this issue still persists. I've uninstalled the drivers, restarted computer, and reinstalled drivers yet still the problem continues. I've ran anti-virus programs to see if it was some sort of virus and nothing. I have spent hours on the phone with the bank and with intuit. It started with Quicken 2007, 2008, and now 2010 none work.
