Edited on Mon Nov-02-09 09:17 AM by Statistical Most non commercial ISP specifically exclude a service level agreement either expressed or implied. This is over a 12 month rolling average. This uptime is better than most Fortune 500 business systems. Even with this downtime, SaaS firms such as Workday, Salesforce.com, etc. have not violated their agreement. SaaS is a solid busines model.
