Very new to web design but like it very much. I am fairly good with HTML and CSS and starting to look into Javascript. Once I feel comfortable with Javascript I would like to explore one of the server side languages. I keep seeing PHP and MySql as being the logical next step. I guess my question is, does it really matter what language one learns? I have been looking into Ruby and the Rails ...

Hello, When a new user log-in to OWA for first time, he get an option page asking the user for "Choose the primary language & set Current time zone & a check box for low vision experience" The quistion is:  How to define these setting in the server side to be "standard setting" and that page does not appeared to any new user again, so any new users will got the standard setting by default ...
