I just received these three films from amazon. I got the Criterion version of Vampyr, the Kino version of The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari, and the MGM Special Edition of The Serpents Egg. What he said ^ I finished my serpents off today and I went back up there just to check I have the serpent up there. If I remember correctly the buried metal up there is a pretty awesome track as well.

I can't really judge Nosferatu until I get a decent copy of it. After watching the Kino version of Caligari, I literally (just 5 minutes ago) threw away my cheapie copy of Nosferatu/Phantom of the Opera. Caligari was a completely different film when viewed the way that it was supposed to be. I've only seen the crap version of Nosferatu. I'm adding that, Phantom and Haxan on my list of silents...
