I purchased the Tarte treasure Chest and love it. The eyeshadows can be used wet or dry. They look amazing wet. Didn't care about the lip glosses and have never tried them. Prior to purchasing, I asked a few Sephora SA's and they all said Tarte was the better choice. The Tarte box is a little clunky but the Sephora packaging looks great in a display but is easily breakable when in real use.

I was just in Sephora a week ago and got the Tarte Palette instead. And I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great colors---it is not as large as the Sephora one but I didn't feel like I needed all that.
