DH and I are expecting our first baby (a boy) in April and couldn't be more excited!!! Having said that though, neither of us are very sentimental people. By that I mean I haven't been keeping a journal or taking weekly belly pics and I don't have a baby book..... I can't decide if I should feel bad or just be ok with the fact that's just not how we are! We are both very busy ALL the time ...

Happy Thanksgiving y'all!!! I had a moment of sentimental reflection this evening, causing me to write a post about different times in my life and the people who have become so important to me. We know we all need more money, the economy sucks and Obama is useless, but what are u most grateful for? No worries - the slut will return to normal on friday, complete with a 'it's all in who u ...

I have an old chop top bug that was a cool beach cruiser for a lot of years. I stored it for the last dozen years and owned it since 84, it starts and drives and since its CA- no rust. I am wondering if it is worth the time to restore for fun or if I should sell, what is the $ range? http://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/album_search.php? search_author=rich%21

Sometimes, they seem to be so frantic regarding the Machida fight. They often resort to name-calling and disoriented hatred toward other fighters. It occured to me that these fan-based bandwagons consists of a lot of underaged juveniles who have anger management problems. They show no respect or dignity towards other fighters, they just lay back on their internet mask thinking of how they can ...

Looking for glass as shown shown in the link below, from 2007 Ikea catalog It is of great sentimental value to me, but i broke mine, and found out that (obviously) Ikea no longer sold this. Although this will be a different glass, it would mean greatly to me to be able to find another one. Will come to pick it up. Willing to pay 10$ (As I said, not so much about the money, but it ...

Do they ever check up on their work? Nestor the Long-Eared Donkey is linked to Dexter . I'm not offended because of some kind of sentimental fanboy reasons. Just curious why fact checking/proof reading/link checking isn't a part of the job of the individual/group responsible for the daily poll? I ended up choosing Olive, the Other Reindeer because I knew A Charlie Brown Christmas ...

Do any of you fans have a recording of The South Bank Show special on the trilogy ,which aired on ITV on the weekend before The Fellowship was released in December 2001. This programme has great sentimental value to me as it was the first programme I remember watching after my wife and I bought our first house together (we had no furniture and watched it on an old portable),and I would love a ...

This was probably the last time she'd ever see the summer campus from the mountain. Not that it was important; it didn't have any sentimental value to Malphas at all. She'd just ventured up here and was sitting on the cliff edge to get a better look at the sky when she realised it. She'd only been here once before--last year, but that summer had been a big blur. Nothing from last year made sense...

Irish balladeer Liam Clancy , last of the Clancy Brothers troupe whose feisty, boozy songs of old Ireland struck a sentimental chord worldwide, died Friday in a Cork hospital. He was 74. Clancy died in his hospital bed flanked by his wife Kim and daughters Siobhan and Fiona, his manager and family said. He suffered for years against incurable pulmonary fibrosis, the same lung-destroying ...

What objects do you have that you consider to valuable or hold too much sentimental value for you to sell? I have a scarfe from when I was a toddler (about 1 yrs old) that I still wear even today at 35 yrs of age. I lost it for a year in a small town and found it in that small town a year later when I was in my teens. Wouldn't sell it for $10,000. Also wouldn't sell the following ...
