If thats your claim for discrimination its not unlawful. Unlawful discrimination would be to discriminate due to your belonging to a protected class like race, religion, age, gender, sexual preference etc. Not whentehr they like you or not

We aren't looking into getting a nanny for this LO because my boyfriend works third shift and I work second so we don't need childcare *yet*. But we want to TTC #2 in about 2 years and at that point we both hope to have enough seniority to work first shift. Does anyone on here have a nanny or an au pair? Do they live with you?
