Hi folks. My girlfriend is looking into self defence classes. Unfortunately, she is with me, and i know whats best lol well..... for martial arts i do, for everything else she knows best..... obviously. I have looked about at womens self defence and some of it really is soddy and shouldnt be advertised as such. Anyone claiming to be teaching self defence from the point of view of taekwondo ...
