Is it possible to construct a dropdown on a form that allows people to pick more than 1 value from a list? For example, if the values on the dropdown are "Bill", "Bob", and "Sue", and I wish to select both "Bill" and "Bob", and have both values stored together on the same record, is this possible? -- Cloudbuster

"Department" and "SubDepartment" The selection in DDlist "Department" spawns a unique list in DDlist "SubDepartment" I select the proper items from both DDlists. When I do this, I want read-only text field "NameOnIDBadge" to be populated with a pre-defined entry. ...

I have the following simple tables Activities Tasks Hazards Effects Severity Activities can have many tasks, tasks can have many...

Thanks for the response. Interesting behavior. If I rename it is removes it for ALL users. If I change the permissions, no change even if I change the permissions on the root dir. If I move the files under the applications into a tmp dir, it removes them from the menu ... until I reboot. Then they show up in the menu selection. Very odd. Still working on it, but thought I would give a ...

What version of Access? It's not possible in Access 2003 or earlier. It's possible in Access 2007, provided you're using the ACCDB file format. -- Doug Steele, Microsoft Access MVP http://I.Am/DougSteele (no e-mails, please!) Perform the selections from under the sharepoint Portal selections, like shown in the slide in the document. Also, uncheck the database from SQL Agent selection, visible under the server. When you go to local selections, you must have a SQL instance in selection, uncheck the sharepoint database from there, if selected. These databases must be backed up using the sharepoint agent instead...

Keep -> Each title will start out with 20 points. In each post, you can vote on your favorite/least favorite movies (+1/-1)x1,(+2/-2)x1,(+3/-3)x1 and (+4/-4)x1. Remember to keep it even, so if you add 3 points to one title, you must subtract 3 points from another. You can post as much as you want as long as someone else has posted in between your posts. If nobody posts in a day, then you can post...
