The second edition does not require the v1.01 patch. The v1.01 patch was for v1 games to block out the hot coffee contents which in your case is already blocked in v2. In order for you to apply the patch, you'll have to first downgrade your game. Use Google for more info on downgraders, GTAF does not support it.
