Ok so i understand you cannot alter the code for your google custom search bar. But are you allowed to put background images around your google custom search bar to make it look more appealing?

I have tried system restore and safe mode but nothing works. It does not stay on long enough to tell what the caption is and why. It all came when I put a location into the Mapquest search bar. As I am typing this, it is flashing in and out , and it takes out what I am typing and I have to keep rewriting the sentence. How do I fix this? 1 person needs an answer I do too

So is anyone else using the search bar only to find that it doesn't do anything? I type in the title of a blog, the way I've always done it since day one, and after several minutes of a blank white screen, it does a whole whopping lot of nothing...... Why? Who broke my search thingy? I hate having to manually dig through the slop to find a pearl.... please fix it

I've tried to recover my lost topics in the archives, but that was realy hard without a search function. So my suggestion is: Why not add a search bar there?

Okay, so I was trying to find a thread of mine, so I used the search bar of Bungie. I knew that someone had quoted me so I included my name in the post, as well as another keyword. It returned nothing. I then go to google with a site filter, and what do you know, it found the thread, and it's even at the top of the returned results. When you're own website can't even find your posts, I think ...

On an xp machine using internet explorer, suddenly the search window returns a error of 404. I can still search with the address bar. No search bars will work, MSN, Google, or live. About 3 weeks ago Norton virus protection was put on the machine, but it worked until yesterday??? 1 person needs an answer I do too

IE 8 menu menu bar is darkened (blacked out). Can't see anything. I have to move the cursor ove the menu click on it to see it. Also, Yahoo and Bling search engines don't work. I get the error message "internet explorer cannot display the webpage." Google works just fine. Surfing the net is no problem at all. Just the search engines. 1 person needs an answer I do too

for example, if I type techsupportforum.com in the address bar, it opens google(my default search provider) and lists differents sites like I searched it. I am wondering if there is a way to change it so i can go directly to the page I type in the address bar. Thank you.
