Hey Ladies! I love inviting friends over for tea and chit chat. What snacks and biscuits do you typically have with your tea? I usually bake homemade raisin scones, however, I'm trying to switch it up and was thinking about cookies...nothing too sweet. Suggestions?

This past week I made 18 Gooey Butter Cakes, 6 Pound Cakes and 12 dozen snickerdoodles, all in 2.5 days. This week I have to make scones (Gotta verify attendance expectations for how many) and tea sandwiches for a tea on Wednesday, food for a progressive dinner on Friday, and bake some more cookies & cakes for presents that I have to deliver on Sunday. easy for me hard for others? I can make perfect gravy every time, or for that matter any sauce, without even thinking about it. It always baffles me when people say they are having difficulty with gravies or sauces. On the other hand I can't make biscuits, scones or pie pastry to save my life! What is it you find easy that others find challenging and vice versa?
