As you may know the school food is very unhealthy, it ranges from french fries, to hamburgers,
chicken fingers, mozarella sticks, etc.... I still eat the veggies, fruits, nonfat milk, and such from the lunch buffet thing but I'm still hungry. I don't get any meats, or proteins. So what do you think i should do or bring to school so i can keep up with my protein/carb/fat needs? Thanks =)
