I think in the grand scheme of things you are undoubtedly correct. but I have cracked heels and they're getting worse despite huge amounts of moisturiser. I have plantar fasciitis too (although I'm not sure whether the two are linked!) so I'm beginning to hate my feet. Does anyone have a sure-fire remedy?

me and my oh are nearly 40 (him dec, Me jan ) and we were hoping to go away for a few days , but with us having a 16 year old daughter with adhd we struggle to find someone in the family to look after her for us , so now were going to have a joint do 40th on 16th jan with lots of freinds & family and hopefully we'll get some time on our own in a year or two ....Also going to have a great night...

250k per hour is only 4k per minute, which is not very much in the grand scheme of things. The first upgrade I would always recommend would be to ensure that you're running 64-bit MySQL, with as much RAM as you can feasibly afford, your database being as small as it is though you should be fine with 4-8GB (giving you overhead for future growth).
