Hello I have upgraded my SCCM primary site to SP2, running Windows 2008 SP2 x86. The SQL Server for SCCM is remote 2005 cluster. The install GUI said things were good (ie green check boxes) but reading the log file its not the case. I have attempted to uninstall WAIK and reinstall it from the SP2 bits, no good. The default boot images don't have any drivers in them. I also get errors...

Hi, Can some one help me out on this as i want some kind of assurance in the methodology that i am using with SCCM. i wnat to patch old / missing patches through SCCM till current patch level. I am planning to request for backup of SCCM server. What is Microsoft recommended procedure for backing up susdb.mdf and susdb.ldf database files? It cannot be backed up while application is running. Hi All Just wanted to ask, is BITS 4.0 compatible with SCCM SP2? I know the minimum requirement is v 2.5. When i distribute a software through sccm its not bing installed on to the client machines. the status of the advertisement in the software distribution tab is showing as waiting and it has been already 5 days and its still showing the same status. i have checked the log file and found out tht the software has been distributed to the distribution point.So can any one please help me on this issue...

I am trying to deploy a scipt via sccm with an extension of .cmd. Example, test.cmd. In a regular pc, I just double click this file and it opens a command line box and it works but in SCCM, it doesnt. I get an "Invalid Executable" error. How do I correct that so that I could execute test.cmd? thanks!
