Let me acquaint you with how a sauna SHOULD be done. 1. One must be entirely naked. 2. One must have birch tree branches and whip ones self/others with it. 3. Beer is the liquid of choice to pour on sauna stones. 4. The sauna must be hot. 85 degrees celcius MINIMUM. 5. Upon leaving the sauna during winter one must go outside and roll around naked in the snow or jump in a hole in the ice....

Just got back from Tenerife , the only sauna i found in the south was the adonis Sauna, in Salytien, PLaya de las Americas, had sauna, steam, cabins and a dark room. The bars i found were Chaplins and Geminis and the Hotel Playa Flor

Just starting to do some research into saunas, a local supplier that we've purchased other things from carries a line called Saunatec which are far-infrared. Curious if anyone here has one or a similar product from a competitor and if you have any tips/advice. Thanks in advance.

As Professor Chen explains, if these 108 Hiv+ people had not been detected and continued to engage in unsafe sexual practices (the most likely cause for their infection in the first place) more MSM would have been infected. It's important for more regular anonymous testing to offered, perhaps once a month. Of course, this requires more fund.
