I can select a ZIP code and get channel listings for the local Comcast cable, but I use and prefer my Dish Network satellite reception. The local cable does not even have any high definition but I record a lot of programs by satellite--channels that they do not have and I want to see my channels, not limited to those matching the cable. A lot of TV-flagged listings on my wish list have no ...

Broadband provider ISP/package: P1Wimax Personal equipment Modem: DV230 Router: NA Problem details Hi, I'd like to know is that possible to integrate my astro satellite dish with my P1Wimax modem by using a biquad antenna? I'm planning to do this because my location is a bit out of coverage, so the signal is unstable and slow. I've heard it is very effective to increase the signal ...

Hi, Â Â I just started playing Infamous last night and am already stuck. Â Â Cole is on the roof where he located what looks like a satellite dish that transmits some encrypted messege, and he is instructed to find another dish that may offer help in translating the encrypted information. Â Unfortunately, I can't locate the darn dish and keep running around the city only to ...

Have been in bodging mode and have acquired a satellite dish and a freesat box. All works OK except I can't find the right satellite - if I could speak German, I'd be sorted! Does anyone have tips on how to get this working properly? I have a satellite finder meter thingy, which tells me I've hit something, but doesn't know what.

The Pennsylvania town, in response to a petition filed by the SBCA, Antenna Star Satellites, Inc. and Johnson TV & Satellite. The Petition sought a declaratory ruling from the FCC pursuant to their Over-the-Air-Reception Device Rule. Among several violations SBCA addressed in the petition to the FCC, HazletonÂ’s ordinance required satellite dish owners to obtain and pay $10.00 for a permit for ...

So after the storm last week I was stuck with a bunch of snow covering the dish and sensors on my satellite dish. Ok, normally this wouldn't be a problem, go brush it off. Well, I live in an apartment complex and the guy who installed it evidently had to put it on the roof of the building, which is two floors. I looked at the forecast and kind of hoped that the weather would be able to clear it ...

We had some highs winds blow through Indiana Tuesday afternoon. We had a large tree fall and mashed our Dish Network TV satellite dish. It was a direct hit! Just missed my storage barn and Wildblue Internet dish, but landed on the tongue of my wood hauler! Fortunately the ground was soft and it just buried the tongue in the ground about 6 inches. I was discussing this with my Dish ...

Sponsored Links I purchased a Hughes Satellite Internet Dish without the LNB arm at a garage sale for $10. It is a .74M dish measuring about 34" by 28" with a 2 3/8" skewable mount. I am planning to "southern engineer" a LNB arm. Does anyone have one of these; any ideas as to where I can get a PDF manual for this dish? I'm looking for the length of the arm from the...

I haven't checked out the newer TIVO ...

You will be finding messages on these satellites throughout the game. In order to locate them, press the L3 button, which activates your radar. Touching the button makes all electrical objects nearby appear on the map as lighting bolts and all Blast Shards to appear as blue dots. If there is a satellite message available for you to collect, a grey circle will appear around your ...
