My name is Julie and I am new to Sanpete County!! I am an authorized Miche bag representative. Miche is an amazing concept! You buy a base (in black or brown) and then you purchase shells which connect via magnets to the base. This allows you to have one bag with hundreds of looks! We're getting new shells MONTHLY and retiring them monthly as well. We're also selling a new base ...

In Mt. Pleasant- all good big sized fencing posts; 9-10 inches on bottom 4-6 inches on top and the ones I have all ready to buy now are all 8 to 10 feet long but I can cut longer corral posts for $8 each. I cut regular (not dead and not full of sap) posts in the dormant state. We're clear cutting some property to get ready for a road to go in, so I've got access to lots. If you'd ...

Mr. Manning, I bought a hewn log home from Pennsylvania and had it dismantled and moved to Utah. I am now reassembling it in Sanpete county, Utah and find powder post beetle holes in the wood. I have found the remains of beetles, but no living ones yet, although I am just starting my work. I am wondering if the wood needs treatment or if the low humidity here makes it impossible for the ...

Jenny has been ridden all over the White and Black Hills in Sanpete County Utah. I rode her last summer to the top of Horseshoe Mountain from Spring City. She has been on two week-long deer hunts. She is patient. She saddles well, rides well and loves to be out in front of the group on trail and mountain rides. She could be a very good kids horse if someone spends the time to finish her. Call ...
FYI. The land on both sides of the river is in the Sanpete Fish and Game club. And yes we will throw you out if you happen to trespass! Remember the new law allows you to float the river, but it does not give you the right to walk around on the land or in the marsh that is fed by the river. Hope you are a good enough shot to make sure the birds drop in your scanoe, or the river, if not, you ...

Its location directly opposite a Native American settlement, Ephraim served as Sanpete County's most important fort through the end of the Black Hawk War in 1868, which is also the year ...

Found this article very interesting, has some different tales then I had heard before. from a UT state site... Markers and Monuments Database Land of the Yuta (3) Markers Plaque A: DEATH OF A CHIEF The winter of 1854-55 found Walkara and his band camped along Meadow Creek just four miles south of this spot. In January, the chief began to feel ill, and by the later part of the ...
