Looking through some of the different posts on this site I think there needs to be some history of Sanpete County put forth. Sanpete also has its share of ghost towns. Across the Sanpitch River from Ephraim and against the Sanpitch Mountains is Manasseh, which consisted of 21 families scattered from Maple Canyon ( the Maple Canyou between Manti and Ephraim) to a point near Wales.
