I fortunately got an appointment for today between 12-4, but the guy said they may be there before 12 or after 4.. brilliant where is the tech support out of anyhow? He used "tree" for three, so he's probably not from SA. I know that's three in Serbo-Croatian, but his accent wasn't Serb at all.

Carrying a baseball bat in the right hand in TX and threatening a driver is a good way to meet your maker. This is not San Francisco. However, it's funny. IMHO, downtown looking like a "brown dump" has little to do with skyscrapers (or the lack thereof). Walk down any non-Riverwalk street and take a look around. What you'll find (more often than not) is vacant buildings with trash on the sidewalk (or in the windows that aren't cracked or boarded-up).
