Can anyone with experience on this type of thing help. I have a LG plasma tv model 42PX5D, its 27 months old and the screen has failed, I have no extended guarantee. Do i have a case under the sale of goods act as the TV has not been "durable" 2 1/2 years for a £2000 tv set is hardly acceptable..
