I bought a big box of really nice salad greens at the warehouse club. Turns out, it's a one pound box, and they're really packed in there. If I have to eat all of those greens in the next day or two, I'll turn into a rabbit! Is there some way to package them so they'll last at least a few days longer? Right now they're in a plastic box, where I know they'll rot. If useful, I have some ...

So I will preface this review by saying I have only eaten at Firebox once, but it was so delicious I am plotting how I can get back there ASAP. The restaurant is in downtown Hartford on Broad Street... it seems to be edged by some unsavory areas, but the area immediately around the restaurant seems safe enough. This is a great salad and perfect for company. It is easy to whip up and looks great on a plate. The dressing is sweet, simple and compliments the cherries very nicely. I didn't use just frisee, b/c I couldn't find any at Central Market. I just bot a container of mixed salad greens. A couple of nights, I added mushrooms and tomatoes to it. The mushrooms were a perfect fit....
