Average price of home, subtract $8000.00 First time homebuyer, and taxpayer funded, $8000.00 that is handed to the same sector that created our nightmare. How can anyone believe the numbers the government puts out? Painting the data leads the least knowledgeable to make bad choices. Talking head on CNBC are giving me a headache today.

No matter which resident of Maggie's house turns out to be Carly's daughter, the math is a little screwy. Carly jetted off into the sunset with Lawrence and Nicky some years ago. We presume they went to the Duchy of Alamania. And at some point Carly left Alamania, had some wild affair, went through nine months of pregnancy, gave birth and made sure the child ended up adopted in Salem? ...

LeBron James wants teams to retire No. 23 in honor of Michael Jordan. He should lop 10 off that figure, because nobody changed the game more than Wilt Chamberlain, says Dave Del Grande, who has one of Wilt's former teams, the Lakers, atop the Power Rankings. More...

I have a pivot table with Income and Expense items, but the grand totals just adds everything . There must be some way to tell Excel to this without distorting the data table information. thanks

I'm poor at math, but I can subtract. If St. Augustine was settled in the early 16th century, and Jamestown, Va. by 1609 or so, why do primary schoolbooks make so much of pilgrims landing on Plymouth Rock, and that as a first setllement? The Mayflower, the names of Alden and Standish, the Thanksgiving? They didn't arrive until 1619.

Seriously, if I have to look at that horrible actress for another 15 seconds, I am going to lose it. To me, she is literally the one exception that just shows how great everyone else on the show is (okay, after we subtract out the awful Henry Rollins, who isn't really an actor to begin with). I'm tired of the smugness in her delivery that she obviously feels is oh so clever. The constant ...

Hi, Can someone suggest how to go about determining risk neutral growth rate for GBM process for electricity prices? One option would be to use real growth rate and then to subtract market price of risk. If I am using EEX prices, what market price risk to focus on? Only german? A second, if I am not mistaken, is to subtract the value of convenience yield from the risk ...

I working in an area on a spreadsheet that can have a variable number of rows. The user can add and subtract rows, as needed. Now, I m developing a function that will "walk" down through these rows each time some data is changed. In the "static" number of rows, it's fairly easy. I just walk down through the rows, top to bottom, because ...
