Hi, I have been looking on the site the last week or so (there is a lot of information)for a suitable answer but found nothing that specifically matches my case therefore I would really appreciate it if anyone could offer some advice. Last year I bought a new flat from Berkley Homes Basingstoke and I was one of the first people to move into the complex in Nov 2008. However I was surprised ...

If you buy a BlackBerry ( NSDQ: RIMM ) on the Verizon ( NYSE: VZ ) website are you required to get the extra monthly charge for internet? I don't know how much extra it is though. Or if you went to a store and bought a blackberry and brought it to a verizon store can you just switch your plan you have from your old phone (not a blackberry)?

I am, on behalf of a client, taking someone to court over an historic outstanding service charge (April 2006) whereby the defendants whole arguement is that they shouldn't be liable to pay service charge for a communal property as they vacated the property prior to the expiration of their lease agreement. The lease states they are obliged to pay any sums liable under the service charge ...

I really hope someone can help me as im going through a dispute with my landlord over my deposit money which is currently being held in the DPS. After leaving the rented flat I was in for 18 months, the landlord decided that I owe them £387 for water for the time I lived there. The water rate has always been included in the service charge and water bills were in there name - I have never ...

My coworkers daughter got married this summer at the same venue we are having. She shared their invoice with me to help us plan. Something on it looks a little strange to me so here's the question: Should tax be calculated just on the food total or should it be calculated on the sum of food and service charge? My Bio

I stopped for a beer in the bar in Corte Ingles in Malaga. I left a small tip - 20c - and was followed out of the bar by a waiter who insisted in returning the 20c as tips were not allowed! In restaurants I never tip over 5%. In bars and cafes just a small coin or two. Spanish friends have said that overtipping by foreigners just means that the locals are now expected to tip the ...

They will all pretty much tell you pay minimums on everything but one with the highest interest where you pay the balance of everything you can afford. Also call all the credit companies and ask for a rate reduction, even in todays climate it does not hurt to ask. Mike mentioned listing your debt, I say take that a lot further, for the next three months list on a spreadsheet every ...

We also have FIOS. The FIOS "protection plan" is exactly as it should be: if the box fails, they replace it. No service fee, no charge, no upgrade, no hassle. what a concept. No wonder most people choose FIOS over D* if they can get FIOS. We are dumping D*, in part because of crap like this which D* pulls on customers. Don't switch to FIOS if you are sports junkie or if you hate obsolete...

They are just resellers. There are loads of eBay sellers who sell "UNLIMITED RESELLERS" as well for £20/year. Or some charge £80 for "LIFE"... Then they dissapear, randomly delete your files or cut people off after a few months service. There are perhaps 1 or 2 decent providers who advertise on eBay, but you get what you pay for at the end of the day.
