I have the Sony SCD-C2000ES sacd player and the other night put a super audio disc on and noticed it did not light up SACD when it was in. I pushed the SACD/cd button and it said disc is not a Hybrid on the display. So I went through several discs that were indeed hybrid and none of them would play the SACD layer. So I just got a new car. The CD player in it can play DVD-A and DTS Audio. However, it does not play SACD. I have some SACDs that I would love to be able to play in my car. Is there any way to rip an SACD then convert it to a DVD-A or DTS Audio image?

Hi. Been shopping for a low(er) price Bluray player that can also do DVDA and SACD. The major contender, the best so far to fit my criteria is the Panasonic BD10A/B/K in various iterations, but all still under $200. Anyone have experience with this model? My reason for not wanting to spend a lot is because thias is my first foray into 5.1 audio. Any other lower price suggestions?
