Granted, she hasn't said she's going to run, but even if she has beefs with the Republicans in office, splitting the team guarantees an Obama victory again. It's better to try and fix your own team instead of breaking off to start a new one, especially not when you have to run against the Messiah who's got most of the media, minorities, stupid kids, Hollywood and dead voters backing him.
