During a recent doctors exam my doc hit my knees with the little rubber hammer and I jumped out of my skin, like I usually do. My doc mumbled "hmmmmm..hyperreflexia". Anyone else experience this? I do startle very easily, which is related I imagine.

so i had some idiot woman crash into the front left side of my merc todays , quite abit of damage but it still drives okay. panel beater + a bit of ductape and everything will be fine?

I ahve found that on my BMW i need a little more persuasion than my hand will give so i use a rubber hammer lightly. They way they clamp is designed to stay locked up even if the bolts loosen up.

get a rubber hammer and wack that thing out. or a flat head and a hammer and pry the alti out. its in there good so its gonna take some effort or wedge something in and pry up and push down. and if u can reach some bolts go from under the car.. just did mine friends like 2days ago went smooth.

did you replace both bearings? one is tapped witha rubber hammer into the flywheel and pressed against the crankshaft, and the one on the output shaft of the tranny. also, did you remember to grease the proper spots?

i never had a clue either quite easy when youve done it once lol, just take the shaft off and hit the old cv joint off with rubber hammer the cv joint from tps comes with new bold clip boot and clips to keep it in place but the boot's are shite

my chainring bolt are tight, i tried loosening them and spinning the chain and hit the chainring with a small rubber hammer to put it in place and tight it up again, but i still get the same issue.
