I recently signed to a one month free trial with Lovefilm.com. A few days later, lovefilm sent me an email confirming that my first title was on its way. Six days later, I contacted their customer service to say that I still have not received the title, and that I would like to cancel my subscription. Their reply was that my subscription would be cancelled pending my return of the title ...

I'm moving house soon and want my mail to be redirected for a few months after I have moved. Royal Mail provide this service for about £16 per person. I continued the online application form for 2 people, got to the payment section and my card was not able to be processed. I tried again the next day and it still showed the same error, I tried a different card and received the same error...

I for one prefer private courier firms, such as parcelforce or DHL; if one is out when they try to deliver a parcel, they always attempt to deliver again the following day. RM tried to deliver a package today whilst I was out, advising me to leave it 24 hours before picking it up. I can't get down to the depot to collect it, as I don't drive and it is a distance away. Can ...

British postal workers could renege on an agreement to suspend strike action until after Christmas because of a lack of progress in talks aimed at resolving a dispute on pay, jobs and modernisation. Billy Hayes, general secretary of the Communication Workers Union (CWU), has written to members saying more strikes could be called within weeks because Royal Mail is refusing to offer enough ...

Not sure if it's nationwide, but considering how expensive it's been rising, this is a bargain in my eyes. MOD EDIT: Not an offer. In store only

Yesterday I got the "Sorry you were out" card. Small package too big for letter box. Fair enough. But the card stated I could collect it at the local delivery office after 48 hrs. So, I went today - after only 24 hrs and the package was not yet back. So, my question is where is it? 48 hrs seems excessive. I thought returned mail just went back to the delivery office. At least it did ...

I was going to send something to the US via Airsure (Royal Mail) as they have given me the cheapest quote for overseas parcels but I have just had a look at their reviews on Ciao.co.uk and they are apparently atrocious. Is Airsure really that bad? Anyone had any good experiences using this service?

I print these out on a 4-label sheet but I can't see any way to assemble 4 labels for printing in one pass. Instead I have to print one at a time re-inserting the sheet for each label. DAK whether it is possible to overcome this on the Royal Mail site? I suspect not but worth an ask. The 'stamps' (actually address labels incorporating a stamp) are PDFs. So I end up with 4 PDFs each ...
