TNs: A bit of everything incl. merlots, Krug, Rousseau, Donnhoff, Haart, Aussies etc 1983 Moet et Chandon Brut Imperial light gold with touches of honey and apricots and nice line of acidity. Was served a little warmish but I liked it a lot (despite lacking complexity). 1994 Leo Buring Leonay Riesling 1994 super ...

I've asked about the Quarantine before, but regarding the "sickness": I personally think it's possible we'll see that the sickness is actually being transformed/posessed by something in the temple when the Monster brings you there (Recall Rousseau in Season 1: They (my team) got sick. IT TOOK THEM ONE BY ONE) - I think she's being literal in saying they were phsyically taken somewhere and ...

In Locke's dream in Cabin Fever, Horace tells Locke that he has been dead for 12 years. That would mean that the purge occurred in 1992. When Rousseau first arrives to the island, she tells Jin that the year is 1988. Any thoughts as to how she isn't dead?

This has the some similarities with the '01 but it is a much better wine IMO. It's too bad that the price has run away... '06 Rousseau Gevrey Chambertin Clos St Jacques- Gorgeous and complex nose of deep, floral blackcherry fruit combined with the airy earthy minerals of the Combe. On the palate this is a beautiful and fresh middleweight with great intensity but no weight. There is a whiff of ...

TN:s Leflaive, Coche Dury, Leroy, Rousseau, Henri Boillot, Raveneau, Roulot & more Fantastic night at Jeff Samuelson's house. Like myself, Jeff is blessed with a wife who can really cook! Marya put on a multi course menu of scallops, sea bass and filet mignon over the evening. Also loved her homemade potatoe chips! Jeff, turn the music ...

Having been to the 06 Rousseau release tasting last week where the 06 of this showed great, I thought I would take a look at this. Wonderful fungal/truffle undergrowth nose. Black fruits and violets. Combination of animal and florals. Softly textured and at a very nice place. I think it will sit where it is for awhile. Cheers Mike

A beautiful wine. Started off a bit tight, opened quickly and constantly evolved in the glass. A big wine with lots of red fruit, cinnamon, good acidity and remarkable balance. Supports the notion that this vineyard can be of Grand Cru quality. Are the 99s starting to drink?

Hello everyone, Well it has been a while since I posted, as many of you know I have been too busy with my boy who this past Friday just turned nine weeks... However, I was released on good behavior several times in the last three weeks so I have lumped all my trips in this post... all information is chronological in order, so fishing Lake Rousseau pics and story will be at the bottom... I have...

Very funny Rick.
Really not worth jeopardizing your reputation for a few hundred bass....
I don't know about that, I think I will take my chances. Yes that was scary Mike, we are lucky, that could have been a lot worse.

You think Rousseau would have remembered Ben's face from him taking her daughter.... I know she is convinced he is an Other, but If she remembered should should have said something. I doubt anyone would forget the face of their childs kidnapper even after all those years.

I think she's talking about the monster. First it took Nadine, then Montand. The other two (three?) guys then went down into the temple willingly, but we don't really see what happens next. Either way, it at least took two of them, one by one.
