Hi every one First time in the forum, have lot of hopes. I want to make Roti in some quantity and then preserve it uncooked for a month or so. This way all I have to do is to take out a few uncooked Roti from the freezer when I need, and cook it on the pan without the hustle of needing the flour, shaping it with rolling pin etc. each time. Hi, I used to live in Malaysia but have now moved to Beijing. I miss Malysian food a lot and have tried some of the places here but cannot find roti chennai or tosai (with chicken curry). Anyone know where to eat? Cheers, T terzel@hotmail.com

One of the mamak shops in Goodyear Court 6 had this sign at the roti stall. Obviously, he has decided to have more original names for his various rotis..urrrgh sorry, I mean Poti ! ;-)

My grandmother's nurse is a sweet old lady who shows her love with food. My family shows our love with hugs.
