Has anyone bought/used the Rosetta Stone system for learning a new language? I'm starting a new job at an Italian company and frequent travel to Italy might be part of the job. Aside from "job necessity", I'd just like to learn a new language on my own. Have any of you had any experience with Rosetta Stone - or is there something else you can recommend? Thanks! Elle

I recently tried to install rosetta on my osx snow leopard. I put my disk in and went to customize and installed it with no luck. I then decided to just to a fresh reinstall with rosetta being installed also. I went to get info on my PowerPC apps and tried to check off the run in rosetta box but it wasn't there. Is there something i'm doing wrong when im installing the game?

Hello, I'm running into a problem recording in 88.2 with Logic. I have the Symphony card with an Apogee Rosetta 200 interface. Here's what happens: Using Audio Midi Setup, I set the clock rate on the Rosetta to 88.2 I open Logic, it's fine, but as soon as I "create an empty project" the Rosetta automatically switches to 44.1. Because Philly bands are awesome. Saw them a few weeks ago in NY, was an absolutely amazing show. Previously I had only had their split with Balboa, but since then I've gotten me The Galilean Satelites and Wake/Lift, and I must say, dis is maaad tasty.
