Anyone know if antidepressants can exacerbate rosacea??? I've had an awful time of it since treatment for cancer, and the only thing offered by dermatologist is oral antibiotic which I can't tolerate, or topical stuff which doesn't really work. I have had Rosacea for over a year now and ended up going private (as gp was using me as a guinea pig not knowing what the problem was) to a dermatologist who diagnosed it straight away. I've always had pink undertones in my skin but recently they've become a lot more pronounced. So much so that even if I pile on makeup you can still see it coming through. I'm becoming more and more afraid that it's rosacea like all the others. And I search all the relevant information on the internet. And I get a clear picture of what Is Rosacea? True... I just worry about consistency issues with someone constantly going on and off their retinoid; especially to the point of being off it 50% or more of the month (at least a week before, and at least a week after)...
