Seems to be either a bug or a false positive. If you Google for that there are several bug reports and posts concerning it.

Hello, Yeah, you may have all your PHP scripts up to date, but somewhere on your server there is a hack that is doing this. You need to find that and get rid of it. I would suggest starting by installing and running rootkit hunter. You can google it to find a copy. I would also suggest posting this in the technical help forum here at WHT. Good luck!
