Robert, Flashback database, is depend upon Undo sizie, undo retention and number of transaction happening on the database. It is not 100% guaranteed that it is the right choice to rollback the transaction. It may or may not work upto SCN/time. It worked and suppose some transactions were left then ? Very strange. I tried to test the transaction by just using 2-3 inserts and then right after issuing a rollback but still the insert goes on. I'm using Visual Web Developer Express 2008. Does it support transactions?

Ed, like the way you got it handled, and none of this 2 truck B.S. that some guys get away with when clearly not necessary . There is a legitimate time and place where there is no doubt 2 trucks are required.
