hi all, I have just ripped apocalypto to my hdd, as a div x file. Playback and audio is great, but no subtitles!!!! Any ideas how I get them on? They are enabled in windows media player, and when i put the dvd in the subtitles do appear. It is only when I play back the avi file, that there are no subtitles!!!! Any ideas please guys??? I am using xillisoft dvd ...

hey guys i just bought a macbook yesterday and i was wondering if anyone knows some good software that enables you to rip DVD's to your computer in one whole video instead of parts? any help will be appreciated

There are a few movies that I cant use HB with. I need to use MTR and then use HB to convert it. There is only one problem which I hope is due to the fact that im ignorant when it comes to MTR. I love having chapters but it seems when I rip using MTR, it doesnt give me chapters. is there a way to do this? Also, what are your recommended setting for MTR?

Yeah there are a couple threads already on this topic but the links seem dead and the info seems out of date. Before, I had a program called DVDrip, which could effectively, if somewhat time consumingly, rip DVD's onto my hard drive.
