I recently got sick with bronchitis and have had bad coughs and pains for about 6 weeks. This week, it seems to be on its "last leg" and I only cough about 5 times each day. It hurts when I go from a sitting position to lying down in ...

I've been running now for about 4 weeks after i quit smoking, I've seen great improvement, The Problem being is now when i run my right lung really hurts, to the point where i have to stop and wait for the pain to move on, And i can't run though it, Could it be due to the cold air? or is it all a part of getting fitter by running?
